I purchased the shaggy angora goat on the wood mount for a gift for my neice. Loved how the wood grain comes through on the print. Excellent purchase! Would definitely purchase again.

This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
After 68 years in the business it was important for me to be at Honest Ed's on its final day of closing, December 31st 2016. This warehouse-type discount store has been a famous landmark and popular place to shop in the city of Toronto for so many years. With its thousands of blinking bulbs lighting up the corner of Bloor and Bathurst Streets for all our lives this iconic building will surely be missed by Toronto residents and tourists alike! Thanks for the memories, Ed Mirvish!
About Colleen English
Photography has been a long-time passion for me ever since receiving a Kodak Brownie for Christmas at the age of 13. Over the years I have owned several different types of cameras but, it wasn't unti the advent of digital cameras, that my interest peaked. When I bought a Nikon Digital SLR in 2007 I was extremely impressed with the picture quality...and when I added a Nikon AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-300 mm lens my obsession took hold! I began to see nature in a whole new way and this continues to be one of my favourite things to shoot. In 2008 I began to enter photograpy shows and one in particular at 'The Framing Dames' in Highland Creek saw me win an 'Honourable Mention' for my print 'Salvage'. It was very exciting and encouraged me...
