Description
Albert Einstein's lifelong friend Michele Besso died in 1955, and in a letter written to Besso’s wife a few days later, (just weeks before Einstein’s own death) Einstein pens his most celebrated thoughts on the illusory and delicate mysteries of time.
‘.....Now he has again preceded me a little in parting from this strange world. This has no importance. For people like us who believe in physics, the separation between past, present and future has only the importance of an admittedly tenacious illusion.’
