The Arizona Sonoran Desert, Cactus bee (Diadasia rinconis), showing us how to "be~e bliss"!
They are a species that pollinates prickly pear, cholla, and saguaro cacti, among others. I call them photo crashers, as they like to just dive in and roll around in all that yummy pollen, as I am capturing these springtime cactus flowers.
Its choice of this day, is the tulip prickly pear cactus bloom. Just wait, until all those other buds burst forth as blooms.
Just some of the A Bee C's of Arizona's native pollinators.

Thank you Jane for your lovely comment and for the special recognition of a Homepage Feature in your wonderful art group, American Desert Southwest. I was amazed at all the buds waiting to bloom. What a feast for sore eyes, that would be. I do have to contend with the photobombing bees at times. These little cactus bees can get quite annoyed by me, at times. Sometimes I have them in the picture on purpose, but they are quite quick at divebombing right into the flower right as you shoot the picture.
