I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I haven't done the puzzle yet but I was very pleased with the speed it was sent. The puzzle itself is brilliant I only wish I were able to find Linda Carruth's puzzles in England

I love the puzzle as I live in Shingletown. It was very difficult! But the letters that say "Gateway To Lassen" are CUT OFF it only shows part of the quotes. 🤦♀️ So disappointing! ☹ *See attached image.

I snapped this photo at a family and friend gathering in Metairie, Louisiana.
Once I had finished the drawing, I used Grumbacher Misket with crochet needles as my “Pens” to save my whites. Let dry… Inch by inch I started painting on the right side (I am left-handed) and used a thick towel to keep my left hand from smearing the pencil lines and keep droplets of paint from attacking my drawing.
I have painted crabs before, but not this detailed. I enjoy painting very complicated pieces, and this was one! The fun part of this painting process was the crab shells, I love using red (Daniel smith Cadmium Red Medium Hue and Holbein red Light Cadmium) and painting layer after layer after layer. And the finishing touch… you have to have The Times Picayune newspaper showing somewhere in your painting, it’s just not right not to “represent”. I drew in the name, painted and...
I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and developed a keen interest in art at a very early age. On my ninth birthday, I began art classes with emphasis toward drawing, pastel, and oil painting. I work with many different mediums such as graphite, pen and ink, acrylics and pastel pencil; yet watercolor is my primary medium. I was awarded the 2014 Women of Achievement Award in Art granted by the Bowling Green Human Rights Commission. Besides being a full-time artist, I am a part-time contributor to SOKY Happenings Magazine where I reside as the artist in residence. I am also a founding member of ArtWorks: A Visual Arts Coalition; an art league of southern Kentucky professional artist. My studio is located in Alvaton, KY where I...
